Call or message to drop your device off, or we can collect it from anywhere in Merseyside and bring it back once it's fixed. The collection cost depends on the distance, and we confirm it before we collect. Not in Merseyside? Post it to us from anywhere in the UK.

Quotes are free, and diagnosis is free on most repairs (some iPads and liquid-damage jobs may have a diagnostic fee, and we always tell you first). Repairs come with a 90-day warranty on the parts we fit.

Screen options, compared.

Most iPhones from the iPhone X onwards (apart from the XR, 11 and SE) came with an OLED screen, and a replacement can be one of four types. They all fix the phone, but they don't all look the same.

Your choice, explained.

Not every shop tells you which type of screen they're fitting. We always do. Every screen quote names the type, explains the difference, and comes with our honest recommendation for your phone and your budget. No surprises, and the choice is yours.

Illustration of the same lock screen on four replacement screens. The LCD shows grey instead of black and has the thickest panel; hard OLED has true blacks but a wider bottom border; soft OLED and the original have true blacks, slim borders and the thinnest panels.
BudgetLCD (incell)An LCD panel with a backlight behind it, made to fit phones that came with OLED. Blacks look dark grey rather than truly black, colours are less vivid, the panel is a little thicker, and it can use more battery.
Good valueHard OLEDA real OLED screen, so blacks are truly black and colours look rich. It's built on rigid glass, so it's slightly thicker than the original and the border along the bottom is often a little wider.
Closest to originalSoft OLEDOLED on a flexible base, the same way the original is made. It matches the original's thickness and slim borders, with true blacks and colours very close to the original.
GenuineOriginalA genuine screen, exactly as the phone came. It's the most expensive option, and we can source one for you on request.

Quality also varies between suppliers, so we only fit screens we'd be happy to put on our own phones. iPhones that came with an LCD (the XR, 11 and SE) get an LCD replacement, matching the original. Every screen we fit comes with our 90-day warranty on parts. The picture above is an illustration, not a photo.
